Contract Details: 

The selected bidder will be awarded a Preferred Supplier contract as the primary provider for the organization’s insurance services. Article 5 below outlines the estimated total quantity for the various insurance categories specified in the tender. Insurance coverage will be procured based on the organization’s needs by issuing a Purchase Order. The pricing for each insurance order will be contingent on the Bill of Quantities associated with the respective insurance categories and their corresponding quantity ranges.

Shareteah Humanitarian Organization (SHO) is inviting sealed or emailed bids from eligible and qualified applicants for the comprehensive provision of insurance services detailed in the tender. The organization seeks experienced and reputable insurance providers to submit bids covering various insurance categories, including Medical Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance, General Third-Party Liability (including the risk of mines and explosive ordnance), Vehicles Insurance, Equipment All Risk Insurance, and Property All Risk Insurance.

Note: The contractual arrangement of this tender will be a Framework Agreement, as detailed in Article 6 (Scope of Work). Purchase orders will be issued for each specific period, aligning with the organization’s requirements and operational timelines. 

All offers must be submitted in a sealed envelope (provided by the Bidder), and addressed to “Shareteah Humanitarian Organization” with the corresponding tender number clearly indicated on the envelope.
